To further facilitate foreign nationals’ travel to China, Consulate-General of China in Dubai will provide appointment-free visa application services starting from November 20, 2023. 

Applicants holding ordinary passports are required to fill out the application form online on the website of Chinese Visa Application Service Centre in Dubai  (https://www.visaforchina.cn/DXB2_EN/). After completion, please download and print the paper form, sign on the confirmation page, and then submit the application form and relevant documents directly to the Visa Center during working hours (information such as the address, phone number, and office hours can be found on the aforementioned website). Applicants who have previously made online appointments can still submit their applications at the scheduled time.

For applicants applying for Chinese diplomatic, official, or courtesy visas, please submit the application directly to the visa service desk of Consulate-General of China in Dubai with the aforementioned application form and relevant documents.

Due to effective of the appointment-free visa application service, there may be peak periods with a large number of on-site applicants, especially on Mondays, Tuesdays and Friday afternoons. It is recommended to plan your time reasonably, submit your application at non-peak times, and follow the instructions of on-site staff.
