The sponsor's letter is issued from the applicant's company or sponsor and should include the following information:

1. The applicant's personal information.(name,occupation,phone numbers,etc.)

2. The clear purposes of the applicant's scheduled visit to China, and the request for the visa and the reasons for double or multiple entries

3.The guarantee that the applicant should abide by China's laws and regulations during his/her visit and stay in China not longer than the permitted days on the visa.

Please list the information of the applicant's accompanying persons included in his/her passport if he/she plans to travel with them.

This letter should be signed and stamped by the applicant's sponsor and supported by the applicant's company license or the sponsor's passport copies
